TruBeef Organic all-natural and uncured Organic, 100% Grass-fed Beef Hot Dogs are very easy to enjoy.
Our Hotdogs are vacuum-packed and will last a minimum of 12 months once stored in your freezer. Not Preserved — Keep Frozen.
When in the Refrigerator — keep below 40°F at all times and use within 4 days.
Always cook by heating to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
Our hotdogs are made from high-quality, organic, grass-fed beef and are not preserved. This means they must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving. Here are three simple cooking methods:
1. Boiling
- Fill a pot with enough water to fully submerge the hotdogs and bring it to a boil.
- Add the hotdogs to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the water and serve immediately.
2. Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Place the hotdogs on the grill, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Grill for 6–8 minutes, or until the hotdogs are lightly browned and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
3. Pan-Frying
- Heat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Add the hotdogs to the pan and cook, turning occasionally to brown all sides evenly.
- Fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

• If you look at our USDA Nutrition Facts label above for our Hotdogs, you'll see that sugar is listed as 0g (zero grams). This is because the amount of organic cane sugar we use is such a small negligible amount, it does not meet the USDA minimum threshold to be listed.
• We do however list each and every single ingredient ourselves no matter how small, under the Nutrition Facts, for 100% transparency with our customers in mind, who are extremely mindful eaters. We owe it to our customers to let them know exactly what is in the ingredients, no matter how small it is.
