Unfortunately, a group of scammers are using a made up business name that looks very similar to ours in order to trick consumers through social media and a fraudulent website.

These fake social media accounts, website, telephone numbers, and email addresses are designed to look legitimate and similar to ours. They contact unsuspecting consumers and demand non refundable, non recourse cash payments by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or bank transfer.  This is never how we operate.

We do not accept payment through any cash apps or bank transfers.
If you are asked to pay this way, it is a clear red flag.
Please stop, do not send money, and click Report as Scam or Fraud. Reporting instructions are listed further below.

Please be very cautious.

TruBeef Organic never sells through social media, direct messages, text message or telephone call.
We have never advertised on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Google Ads.
We only sell through our official website www.TruOrganicBeef.com using secure credit card checkout.

Several TruBeef customers have already reported seeing ads from this scam account. We have filed complaints with TikTok, USDA, the Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI because unsuspecting consumers have already been tricked.

Six Red Flags to Watch Out For

How to Spot the Scam

1) Cash Payment Requests

The scammers request payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or bank transfer.
We do not accept these payment methods under any circumstances.

• If you are asked to pay this way, it is a scam!

 

2) Similar Looking Business Name

They use a fake business name designed to confuse people: True Organic Beef.

This is not our business name.
This is not a real business.
It is not a USDA licensed or registered to sell meat of any kind.
It is not certified organic by USDA even though they falsely claim to be.
It is not Certified Halal.
They use the name only to deceive.

• Our official and trademark protected business name is TruBeef Organic.
We do not advertise on social media platforms.

 

3) Fake TikTok Account

They use the TikTok account organicmeatsupplier to publish ads and posts to deceive consumers, receive payment by cash then ship nothing.

• We do not have a TikTok account.

 

4) Similar Looking Website Address

They use this website with an address that looks similar to ours:

• Our official and only website is:

5) Similar Looking Email Addresses

They use a look alike email address: info@trueorganicbeef.farm

• Our only legitimate email addresses are:
hello@TruOrganicBeef.com
sales@TruOrganicBeef.com

Any other email address is not from us.

6) Fraudulent Telephone Numbers

They call or text victims using fraudulent telephone numbers including:
937-514-2414
283-200-5540

• Our only telephone number is:
619-333-8942
Any other number is not TruBeef Organic.

How to Report a Fake / Fraudulent Ad or Page

Reporting these accounts helps remove them faster and protects other consumers.

Reporting on Instagram

1. Tap the three dots in the top right of the post or profile

2. Select Report

3. Choose It is a scam or fraud

4. If reporting a full profile, select Report Account then Pretending to be someone else then A business or organization

2. Select Find Support or Report Post

3. Choose Scam or Fraud

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for payments made to these scammers or for orders they never fulfill. They lure victims with extremely low prices and discount codes which we cannot honor.

We continue to report this scam operation to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
Reported USDA for impersonating an organic operation and for selling meat without being licensed /registered to do do which is a federal offence, 
Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI for fraudulently taking consumers hard earned money.

Our goal is to warn and protect the public as much as we possibly can.
