e-Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem on checkout when you buy online.

We recommend you enter your own email address on the email address field at check-out so the e-Gift card will be emailed to you — you can then forward this on to your recipient’s email.

If you enter your recipient’s email address on the email address field at check-out, the e-Gift card will directly go to your recipient’s email. 

I would like to present my e-Gift card as a physical Gift Card and not email it to the recipient, is that possible?

To present an e-Gift card without emailing it, please enter your own email address on the email address field at check-out. The e-Gift card will be emailed to you, and from there you can print it out for you to deliver in the method you choose. The full code of the e-Gift card will be visible to you when you generate the card.

e-Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We do not accept returns on e-Gift cards. Please protect your e-Gift cards. How can I send a Gift Meat Box instead of a Gift Card?

Add in the name and complete address (including the apartment number or suite number when applicable) of your gift recipient in the shipping address field at checkout.

We do NOT include receipts in the box, so the value is not divulged.

When are Meat Gift Boxes shipped?

• We ship Mondays and Tuesdays, excluding federal holidays and some major holiday weeks.
• Order cut-off is Sundays at 11.59 pm PT to ship on Monday or Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Mondays — we will endeavor to ship your order the next day, Tuesday, however this is not guaranteed.
• Place your order by Sunday (before midnight PT) to get it sent out the next day, Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Shipping transit time is 1 to 3 business days. Deliveries are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice. We pack our insulated box with more than enough dry ice to keep your premium meat products frozen while it's being shipped.

As we ship highly perishable items, we only ship every Monday and Tuesday to avoid the potential of your delivery getting delayed or stuck at a FedEx / UPS facility over a weekend. 

To get your Meat Gift Boxes delivered in time, you can also choose a shipping day of your choice up to ten (10) working days in advance. Note this in the "Special Instructions" section just before check-out.

We kindly ask our customers to please plan accordingly, especially during the peak season or holiday season.
