How to Cook

Lamb Loin Chops are extremely easy to prepare and best cooked on the pan, grill, or air fryer. Just think of and cook these tasty morsels as mini-T-Bones.

All our Lamb comes from premium Dorper Breed Lamb, 100% Organic, Grass-fed and Grass-finished so best cooked to Medium to fully enjoy the wonderful mild flavor and soft texture of our Dorper Breed Lamb.

Target Lamb Cooking Temperature
125 °F for Rare. 135 °F for Medium-rare. 142 °F for Medium.

We recommend you insert the meat thermometer in the thickest part of the Lamb Loin Chops which is the eye to ensure you get a perfectly cooked Lamb every time.

Lamb Loin Chop Cooking Instructions:
Simply salt each of our tender Lamb Loin Chops on every side then onto a raging hot cast iron skillet with Grass-fed butter or Ghee. Cook the Lamb Loin Chops just like a steak and until you get a nice sear on each side. Best served after resting for 5 minutes and ideally to Medium-rare or Medium doneness.

Incredible taste and easy to grill!

One of my best life decisions with respect to cooking and eating was to purchase a Viking gas range with a char grill and a huge and powerful Viking hood. Since I only eat meat, dairy, fruit, and honey, my cooking process has become very simple, fast, and the meat prepared always tastes fantastic! I do not eat chicken or pork because it seems to be impossible to avoid farmers using soy as part of their feed, which produces saturated fats that I do not want to consume.
