Target Lamb Cooking Temperature
125 °F for Rare. 135 °F for Medium-rare. 142 °F for Medium.
We recommend you insert the meat thermometer in the thickest part of the Lamb Loin Chops which is the eye to ensure you get a perfectly cooked Lamb every time.
Lamb Loin Chop Cooking Instructions:
Simply salt each of our tender Lamb Loin Chops on every side then onto a raging hot cast iron skillet with Grass-fed butter or Ghee. Cook the Lamb Loin Chops just like a steak and until you get a nice sear on each side. Best served after resting for 5 minutes and ideally to Medium-rare or Medium doneness. Please avoid overcooking.
