How to Cook

All our Lamb comes from premium Dorper Breed Lamb, 100% Organic, Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished so best cooked to Medium to fully enjoy the wonderful mild flavor and soft texture of our Dorper Breed Lamb. Our Lamb Chops are also Semi-French Trimmed for that classic and stylish presentation on your plate.

Lamb Chops are so easy to prepare and easily cooked in the oven, grill, or air fryer.


Target Lamb Cooking Temperature: 
125 °F for Rare. 135 °F for Medium-rare. 142 °F for Medium.
We recommend you insert the meat thermometer in the thickest part of the Lamb Chops which is the eye to ensure you get perfectly cooked Lamb Chops.
Lamb Rib Chops is easily cooked in the oven, grill, smoker, or air fryer.

Lamb Chop Cooking Instructions:

Cooking lamb chops could not be easier.
Our scrumptious Lamb Chops can be simply seared on the pan with butter like a steak, baked in the oven, over hot charcoal on the grill and are also super quick on an air fryer. The main thing in all cases to cook the lamb to medium rare and reap the tremendous juicy rewards.

Air Fryer Lamb Chops:

Just place 2 to 3 of our Organic Grass-fed Lamb Chops at the bottom of your Air Fryer. Close and set on high for 4 to 5 minutes maximum. After 4 to 5 minutes just check for doneness and either serve or cook a little longer. Just add salt and enjoy!

Lamb Chops in the Oven:

Place the Lamb Chops in the oven at 450 °F for 10 minutes or more until the surface is nicely browned.

Then lower the heat to 300°F. Continue to Cook for another 7 to 8 minutes then check the lamb internal temperature to gauge how much time you need to reach your target lamb cooking temp and doneness. Aim for a nice medium doneness to enjoy the flavor and maintain juciness. 

Take the Lamb Chops out of the oven, rest for 10 minutes then serve with 2 to 3 rib chops per person.
