Please factor into your cooking, all our delicate Grass-Fed Organic Burgers, Ground Beef, and Steaks take approximately 30% less time to cook than any beef you have ever made before. Keep this in mind to ensure you avoid overcooking and drying out the Burger / Ground Beef.
Burger Patties Ideal Internal Temperature
We recommend cooking our delicious Organic Grass-fed Burger Patties to an internal temperature of 145 °F for Medium Rare and 155 °F to 160 °F for Medium.
How to Cook TruBeef Burger Patties
Pan. Our Custom Blend Premium Organic Grass-Fed Beef Burger Patties (Hamburgers) are perfect for fast frying on a hot cast iron skillet with Suet / Tallow or Ghee. Just be mindful not to overcook for the very best eating experience.
Grill. Grilling Burgers is a summertime favorite and so quick and easy. Just add salt.
Air fryer. You can cook our Burger Patties from frozen in the air fryer. Set temperature to 450 °F for 11 minutes then check for doneness. From room temperature, expect the Burger Patties to take 8 to 9 minutes.
