HOW TO PREPARE BEEF KNUCKLE BONES

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic salt then place into the oven or air fryer for 25 to 30 minutes at 450 °F.

After roasting, place in a Crockpot, Instant Pot, or Stovetop Pot, and add water, salt, pepper, and your favorite aromatics. Simmer slow and low for 10 to 12 hours in the Crockpot / Stovetop or 2 to 3 hours in the high-pressure instant pot (stew setting)

This pre-roasting of the Bones will add lots more flavor to your organic broth.
For added flavor to your bone broth, we highly recommend adding some Marrow Bones or Broth Bones to accompany the Knuckle Bones.

      The best bones

We are bone broth family for decades. I've been searching for and purchasing organic grass-fed bones for decades from various online sources and nearby Whole Foods. I believe I just found the very best quality ogf bones at TruBeef. They were still frozen when arrived. I immediately made bone broth and the broth came out absolutely fresh tasting with beautiful collagen. As soon as I finish this order, I shall order more. Thank you!

Yay! Love reading this Connie. All our bones are Certified 100% Organic which means zero man made residues and are 100% Grass-fed/Finished with the cattle on pasture their entire lives so rest assured you are getting very clean/ very high quality bones form us. Happy Broth Making Connie & Family!!!

      Delicious meat

The delivery was super quick and the meat I ordered is so tasty. I love the taste of beef liver and it does deliver that nutty bitter taste. I’ll be ordering more.

Wonderful to read your feedback Aneta and we look forward to you ordering again soon.

      Perfect for Broths

I use these weekly to make our bone broth. The taste amazing! I have a hard time now if I run out of my home broth to buy any store bought. The taste and quality is not there. We truly appreciate that it is regenerative and organic.

Very kind of you to say Gina. We appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback on our organic grass-fed broth bones. Ensuring Regenerative farm practices ensures a clean, sustainable food supply for generations to come so THANK YOU for supporting this cause. God Bless.

      Responsible and truly organic.

I have not yet used my bones make to make bone broth yet.
I was drawn to you because you're not only feed your animals properly, you test soil for certain metels, like lead.
American society has gotten so far away from the farm that they don't realize farm foods are what they eat whether it's cabbage or cattle. And if there is in the ingredient on a package that you cannot pronounce it is not food it is science.

Thank you for my bottom my heart for being over the top responsible.

Hi BJM, no .........THANK YOU for trusting in us and investing your hard earned money to order from us!! We 100% agree with all your observations on the broken food system we now live in. Lets all work together to change that.....one field, one farm at a time to benefit the health of the nation!!! Thank You and God Bless.
