*IMPORTANT: TruBeef is a highly natural beef product. Please factor into your cooking, all our delicate Grass-fed Organic Ground Beef, Burgers, and Steaks take approximately 30% less time to cook than any beef you have ever made before. Keep this in mind to ensure you avoid overcooking and drying out the Ground Beef / Burger.

Ground Beef Ideal Internal Temperature

We recommend cooking our delicious Organic, Grass-Fed 85/15 Ground Beef to an internal temperature of 145 °F for Medium Rare and 155 °F to 160 °F for Medium.

How to Cook TruBeef Ground Beef

Pan. Our Organic Grass-Fed 85/15 Ground Beef is perfect for fast frying on a hot cast iron skillet with Suet / Tallow, Ghee, or Butter. Just be mindful not to overcook the Ground Beef for the very best eating experience.
